Sorghum bicolor
A traditional sorghum from Lesotho most often used as a sugar cane substitute. This is a traditional sweet in the Lesotho highlands where kids would spend a sticky afternoon chewing and spitting the sugary pith. The seed is used as a grain for cooking and meal. A medium-tall growing sorghum, expect 2 – 2.5m high plants.
